Nike Refurbished is Nike footwear that we’ve given a second life. We hand-inspect footwear that cannot be sold as new, give it a glow up, and assign it a condition of Like New, Gently Worn, or Slightly Imperfect.

The Nike Refurbished Website was designed to be a pilot. We will continue to sell Refurbished product in select U.S. stores.

The insights we’ve gained during this pilot are being reviewed by our teams. We’ll be sure to share if the Nike Refurbished website returns!

Consumers can still return the Refurbished product they bought from the Nike Refurbished Website as long as they initiate the return within 14 days of purchase.

To get started, please email help@refurb.nike.com and include your order ID in the email. Our support team will provide you with a shipping label to begin your return process.

Due to the nature of Nike Refurbished product availability and constantly changing inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time.

After your order ships, you can track your shipment(s) being delivered by FedEx anytime in your Nike Refurbished Order History page (note that this is different from your Nike.com Order History page). And please note, if you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. For each shipment, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the carrier tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

CARRIER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • When will I receive my order?

    Orders typically ship from our distribution center within 2 business days of your purchase, and usually will arrive in 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking information for your package. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • Who should I contact about order tracking and delivery?

    After your order leaves our facility, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your package(s) using the information from your shipping confirmation email. If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier (FedEx) directly.
  • Can I change the delivery address on my order?

    No, our team moves quickly to process and ship your order—we cannot change your order or your delivery address after you submit it. However, after your order ships, you can contact the carrier (FedEx) directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup facility.
  • Can I change the payment method on my order?

    We cannot change the payment method on an order once it’s placed.
  • Where do I find my tracking number?

    When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the carrier tracking number (please note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation email). You can also access your tracking number at your Nike Refurbished Order History page. To get there, click on the Profile icon in the top right, then click “Orders”.

If your item arrived functionally damaged, defective, or does not match the description of the condition when purchased, please reach out to help@refurb.nike.com for assistance.

We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your Nike Refurbished item develops a material or workmanship flaw (beyond the description of its condition in the product details on Nike Refurbished) within two years of the manufacture date, we want to get you back in the game. You can simply return it to us for a full refund. Some Nike products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. In those cases, details and return information would be included on the label, hang tag, or warranty card that came with the item.

For the fastest service, please contact the carrier (FedEx) directly. Sometimes carrier tracking information updates prematurely, and your package could be delivered within 24 hours. If it’s after your estimated delivery date, please contact the carrier (FedEx) for more information.
